Nope! You will pay $10 for both the class and beer in person via cash, card, or venmo

Just water! We have mats available but feel free to bring your own if you prefer

A mix of HIIT & strength training – we use empty kegs and resistance bands as weights!
👉 How long is the class?
Typically 50-60 minutes (45 in extreme hot or cold temps)
👉 Should I come even if I am new to exercise or getting back into it?
Yes! Our classes are designed to be challenging, yet achievable for all levels
