From his childhood in Brazil to his culinary journey in North Carolina, Chef Edmar brings a rich tradition of smoking meats and global flavors right to your grill. But – this isn’t your typical barbecue class!
Be prepared to get smokey and dive right in as you learn authentic barbecue methods that bring comfort and flavor from around the world and the Carolinas. Expect a hands-on, immersive experience where you’ll get expert guidance every step of the way and leave knowing exactly what to do and how to recreate the magic at home.
Each class will include:

🔸 Brisket, pork butt, chicken leg quarters, chicken wings, and top sirloin
