KÖLSCH FEST
A Cologne (German) tradition we’ve been waiting to share with you for years, we just needed the right beer.

How it works:
You sit back, relax, and do nothing but enjoy yourself and the setting. Your waitstaff (known in Cologne as “Köbes – pronounced ‘kur-bess’), will deliver fresh pours of Kölsch as your glass nears empty. Each time you get a full glass, your Köbes marks your coaster. Repeat as your heart desires. At the end of the night, you place your coaster over your glass and we’ll tally up your notches and settle you up.
