🎤 Laugh Until You Cry: Stand-Up Comedy Showcase presented by She Dreams In Color. Skylar Shock’s “Laugh Until You Cry” promotes comedy and candid mental health conversations.

Tameka Brewington, MS, LCMHC, LCAS, CCS, NCC, CCMHC owner of Tameka Brewington Concierge Therapy and Real Talk Counseling in Plaza Midwood will moderate the post comedy mental health conversation. Tameka’s wry humor and quick wit paired with her extensive mental health experience will be a great time!

Laugh Until You Cry stand up comedy line up includes some fantastic Queen City talent: Grace Hauth, Kaya Allyn, Carol Tyner, Gayle Murray, and hosted by Skylar Schock. Free, no registration required.

⚕️ 11 AM – 12 PM: Women’s Health Panel Discussion – Local healthcare professionals will discuss women’s health, advocacy and education, featuring OB/gyns, doulas, and other women’s health specialists. Moderated by Resident Culture Co-Founder Amanda McLamb. Free, no registration required. 

💬 12-1 PM: One-on-One Consultations – Attendees can ask any and all of their personal healthcare questions with the panelists. Free, no registration required.
